The apartment is located at Excelsior, Princess Way, Swansea SA1 3LQ, right in the heart of Swansea city centre. It’s easy to reach by car, bus, or train: By Train: Swansea Railway Station is less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment, with direct connections to Cardiff, West Wales, and London. By Bus: Several local bus stops are within a 5-minute walk, and Swansea Bus Station is around 10 minutes away on foot. By Car: The property is easily accessible from the M4 motorway (approx. 15 minutes’ drive). Parking Guests can use nearby paid parking facilities, including St. David’s Car Park (just behind the building) and another car park right next door. Both are secure and convenient for short or long stays. You will have exclusive access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.


Interaction

Checkin to this property is handled remotely by our dedicated guest support team who are there to help you with everything you may need during your stay. You will receive a message from us once you book to complete your checkin so we can share all the checkin information including access codes. You can communicate with us via your platform messaging. We also have a dedicated guest phone line open 9am-10pm daily.

The keys for the property are not kept onsite. You will need to collect them from our secure locker at the following location: Key Collection Address: 361 Townhill Road, Mayhill, Swansea, SA1 6PA, UK Distance from the Property (Excelsior, Princess Way, Swansea): Approximately 2 km Around 4–6 minutes by car or 10–15 minutes by taxi Directions from Excelsior, Princess Way: From Princess Way, head north towards the A4118. Continue straight, following signs towards Mayhill. Turn onto Townhill Road. Number 361 will be on your right-hand side. What to Expect: The keys will be stored inside a secure locker at this address. The team will send you a collection code on the day of your arrival. Please have your locker code ready before arriving. Once collected, you can drive directly to the property at Excelsior, Princess Way, Swansea. Check-in form must be filled out and a valid ID should be uploaded for verification purposes before we can send out access details. Note: For all UK residents, it is required to please upload a valid ID with your proof of address.
